Pay per site, project or matter. Prove it on one, then scale.

Statvis is priced per project, so the cost lands on the work it supports instead of on overhead.

Questions we hear often

What counts as a project?

Whatever unit your work is organized around: a site, a file, a legal matter or a transaction. Each project gets its own knowledge base and its own quote.

Why do you need our documents before quoting?

Because the work depends on what's in them. Fifty clean PDFs and ten thousand pages of scanned lab certificates are very different jobs. Quoting from the actual documents means a fixed price with no surprises.

Can we start with one site?

Yes, and most people do. Pick a site you know well, or one where something has been bothering you. You'll see what's in your own documents before committing to more.

Who can use it, and how many people?

The first year includes three full user seats and unlimited internal viewers, so anyone on your team can read answers, timelines and reports. Each site is open only to the people you authorize.

Are the expert services separate from the software?

They're optional add-ons. Many teams run Statvis themselves. When a site needs forensic chemistry, deeper data analysis or a finished deliverable, our scientists work in the same knowledge base, so nothing is lost in the handoff.

Does Statvis give legal advice or decide who is responsible?

No. Statvis supports defensible decisions grounded in documents. It doesn't provide legal advice, and it doesn't make final responsible-party determinations unless that's explicitly scoped in a statement of work.

Take control of your contaminated sites.

Bring us one site's documents. We'll show you what's in them.
